Nisbourg Farm
Our traditional Norman farm in Bertrimont has a pleasure garden and if you wish, you may have a tour of the duck’s breeding and development workshop.
You may also try a tester of some foie gras, smoked steaklet of duck, pate etc.
La Ferme du Nisbourg offers you candied livers, fresh and smoked steaklets of duck and pates made from Normandy ducks.
Our speciality is the”middle cooked” foie gras which is cooked in a lower temperature and for a longer time than the tinned foie gras. This method of cooking means that the foie gras retains its beautiful and delicious flavour as that of fresh foie gras.
At La Ferme du Nisbourg we also have reception rooms to offer for rent.
